William Brah - Director
William Brah established the Environmental Business and Technology
Center at the University of Massachusetts. He holds a M.S. degree
in business administration and marine resource management from Texas
A&M University, and a B.A. degree in political science from
Regis College.
Most of William’s work is with top management in business
and government where the goal is environmental cooperation, agreement
and action. He has held executive positions at the Environmental
Business Council of the United States, National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration, Wisconsin Department of Administration and the Center
for the Great Lakes. William helped guide creation of the $100 million
Great Lakes Protection Fund.

Tom Flanagan - Technology Development Director
Tom Flanagan's specialty is collaborative
process, specifically in the area of corporate collaboration for
new product development.
Tom has an MBA from the Sloan School at MIT, a doctorate in neuroscience
from Wesleyan University, and several patents in the biomedical
device field. In the healthcare sector, he founded and led operating
teams within start up companies nationally and internationally.

Neil Rodberg - Business Development Director
Neil Rodberg holds an MBA from Northeastern University’s
Graduate School of Business, and a BA in Economics with a Certificate
in International Relations from the University of Rochester.
Neil spent more than a decade in the high-tech industry with companies
that include Lotus Development Corporation, Computer Corporation
of America, and CompuServe. He also was Director of Operations
of the Technology Capital Network at MIT, where he quadrupled the
rate of investment in new ventures through private capital sources.
He was a partner and co-founder of an advisory firm specialized
in the practical development of technology ventures and the formation
of capital resources needed to finance them.
