
The Center is located at the University
of Massachusetts Boston campus, 5th Floor, McCormack Hall.
Directions
On the MBTA: Take the Red Line to JFK/UMass Station. A free
shuttle bus will carry you from the "T" parking lot to
the campus. MBTA buses following bus routes 8 and 16 also stop at
the campus.
By car from the north: Take Interstate 93 south through
Boston to exit 15 (JFK Library/South Boston/Dorchester) and follow
the University of Massachusetts signs along Columbia Road and Morrissey
Boulevard to the campus.
By car from the south: Take Interstate 93 north to exit
14 (JFK Library/Morrissey Boulevard) and follow Morrissey Boulevard
northward to the campus.
By car from the west: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate
90) east to the turnpike's end at Interstate 93. Take I-93 south
one mile to exit 15 (JFK Library/South Boston/Dorchester) and follow
the University of Massachusetts signs along Columbia Road and Morrissey
Boulevard to the campus.

Parking fees
$4 per single use.
Multipark passes:
- Five uses for $19 ($3.80 per day)
- 10 for $37 ($3.70 per day)
- 30 for $108 ($3.60 per day)
- 45 for $158 ($3.51 per day)
- 60 for $204 ($3.40 per day)
Semester pass:
$228, provides unlimited use during the entire semester.
Monthly pass:
$64, provides unlimited use during one month.
These passes are available from the Parking and Transportation
Office, the University Bookstore, or a parking toll attendant.
By Public Transportation
On the MBTA:
The Red Line goes to the "JFK/UMass" stop, and a free
shuttle bus circles from there to UMass Boston and back regularly
throughout the day, three to four minutes apart. The one-way trip
takes about six minutes.
Scheduled for fall 2000: a new commuter rail station that
will connect the JFK/UMass station directly with South Shore travelers
on the Middleboro and Plymouth lines, and will eventually include
Greenbush.
From the MBTA
Kenmore Square stop (service all day): the Number 8 bus;
the last one leaves campus at 1 a.m.
From MBTA
Forest Hills stop (rush hour only): the Number 16.
All bus service arrives at and leaves from the bus stops near the
entrance of the Lower Level garage.
